Job summary

Diné Development Corporation (DDC) Environmental Planning team seeks an Environmental Planner in the Greenbelt, MD area to lead NEPA compliance for NASA GSFC/WFF environmental program. This senior role requires deep NEPA experience and strong documentation discipline.

You will prepare and review EA/EIS, coordinate with regulators and NASA stakeholders, maintain audit-ready files, and help integrate environmental planning into center projects while ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a closely related field.
10+ years of direct environmental planning experience.
Demonstrated NEPA support experience (EA/EIS, E&SR, environmental review).
Stakeholder coordination and project-planning integration experience.
Experience ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Environmental documentation and administrative-record management experience.
Environmental due-diligence and impact-analysis experience.
Experience developing planning procedures and work instructions.
Must be able to pass a background check and obtain badge access.
