Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. is looking for an Environmental Planner II to join their team in Minneapolis. This role involves supporting environmental planning projects and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure compliance with environmental policies.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant Bachelor's degree and significant experience in environmental planning. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and the chance to make an impact on local communities.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive environmental planning/policy experience or a Master's with 3+ years.
Certification as AICP or CEP preferred.
Knowledge of NEPA and MEPA.
Experience with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Ability to simplify technical information for diverse audiences.
Experience with federal Categorical Exclusions, Environmental Assessments.
Valid driver's license required.
