Looking for EPA Registration Specialist / FIFRA Consultant (Part-Time / Hourly)

We are a small India-based company looking to expand our product line into the U.S. market. We are seeking an experienced EPA registration specialist or FIFRA consultant to assist us with registering a pesticide product with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

 Responsibilities

• Guide us through the EPA registration process for our pesticide product under FIFRA.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing required EPA forms (e.g., Form 8570 series).

• Support with the Confidential Statement of Formula (CSF) and label development.

• Advise on data requirements, registration fees, and Central Data Exchange (CDX) portal use.

• Provide general regulatory compliance support as needed.

 Requirements

• Must have hands-on experience with EPA pesticide product registration.

• Strong knowledge of FIFRA and EPA regulatory requirements.

• Experience with consumer or industrial pesticide products.

• Familiarity with EPA forms, data submission, and CDX registration.

• Ability to work independently and provide clear, practical guidance.

• Available for flexible, hourly-based consulting.
