We are seeking a Toxicologist or Regulatory Scientist with strong expertise in EPA pesticide product registration to work on a part-time, remote contract basis.

? Responsibilities:

• Assist with the registration of technical and end-use pesticide products under FIFRA

• Provide expert guidance on toxicology study requirements and data waivers

• Review and/or compile regulatory submissions (CSF, product chemistry, labeling, PRIA documentation)

• Interpret EPA requirements for toxicity, exposure, and risk assessment

• Support submission through the Pesticide Submission Portal (PSP)

?? Required Expertise:

• Strong working knowledge of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)

• Experience with EPA’s regulatory process for pesticide products

• Familiarity with 40 CFR Part 158 toxicology data requirements

• Experience working with or for the EPA, a registrant, or in a CRO/regulatory consulting capacity

• Excellent communication and attention to detail
