We are seeking an experienced EPA pesticide registration consultant to assist with registering both technical and end-use pesticide products. This is a part-time/contract position, ideal for a retired EPA professional or a regulatory expert with deep knowledge of U.S. pesticide laws and submission protocols.

?? Requirements:

• Proven experience with Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA)

• Familiarity with the EPA’s pesticide registration process

• Experience preparing or reviewing:

  • Confidential Statements of Formula (CSF)

  • Product chemistry and toxicology data packages

  • Acute toxicity waivers, PRIA submissions, and PR Notices

• Knowledge of technical grade active ingredients (TGAI) and end-use formulations

• Understanding of 40 CFR Part 158 toxicology data requirements

• Ability to manage communication with EPA (if needed) and assist in navigating the Pesticide Submission Portal (PSP)

• Review or compile application documents

• Assist with labeling and compliance requirements

• Recommend data waivers or study designs as needed
